Fall has arrived and the leaves are just starting to change in Saratoga! This is one of the best times to visit the area, with fun activities for the entire family within short walking or driving distance from the Saratoga Downtowner.

Apple Picking and Wagon Rides at Saratoga Apple
Head east from Saratoga to visit the orchard and market at Saratoga Apple, and catch a wagon ride out to pick your own apples. Open 9am-7pm every day at 1174 Route 29, Schuylerville, New York.
Pick your own Pumpkins at Hand Melon Farm
It’s your last chance of the season to pick your own pumpkins at Hand Melon Farm. If you’re looking for a great pumpkin patch for the kids, this is it! This weekend (10/3/15 -10/4/15) is also the last weekend for pick your own Vegetables. Open 8am-5pm at 533 Wilbur Avenue, Greenwich, New York.
Enjoy lunch or dinner in a historic landmark, the Olde Bryan Inn
Visit one of Saratoga’s most historic buildings for a meal just steps away from High Rock Park and Downtown Saratoga at the Olde Bryan Inn. Visit their Facebook page for hours and their website for the history of this historic landmark, located at 123 Maple Ave, Saratoga Springs, New York.
Catch a scenic train to the Adirondacks and back for a fall foliage tour
Ride on the Saratoga and North Creek Railway to see some of the best fall foliage upstate New York has to offer this season! Explore fall flavors at the Saratoga Farmers’ Market
The harvest is here on Wednesdays (3pm-6pm) and Saturdays (9am-1pm) – check out the bounty of Saratoga with pumpkins, apples, mums, and more!
